Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

1.1. The Website has no data entry forms, registration or user accounts. You can browse the Website without providing any information about yourself.

1.2. Information that visitors provide about themselves reaches the operator only by e-mail to the address shown on the Website (Section 3). Technical information about visits is processed by the Yandex Metrica web analytics service (Section 4) and the Website’s hosting provider (Section 7).

2. Operator

The personal data operator is Premium IT Solution LLC (in Russian: Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «Премиум ИТ Солюшен»).

3. Enquiries by e-mail

3.1. What data. The sender’s e-mail address and the information the visitor chooses to include in the message and attachments, for example name, job title, company name, phone number and a description of the task. The visitor decides what to include.

3.2. Purposes. Replying to the enquiry; discussing, preparing and concluding a services agreement; considering enquiries about employment with the company.

3.3. Legal basis. Replying to an enquiry — the visitor’s own enquiry; agreement — concluding and performing an agreement to which the visitor or their organisation is a party, or preparing to conclude it; enquiries about employment — the visitor’s consent, expressed by sending their data to the operator.

3.4. Retention period. Data are kept no longer than needed for the purpose for which they were received; once the purpose is achieved, or at the visitor’s request, they are deleted unless the law requires them to be kept longer.

3.5. Where data are stored. E-mail for the premiumitsolution.com domain is provided by the Microsoft 365 service; messages are stored on its servers, which may be located outside the Russian Federation.

4. Yandex Metrica

4.1. The Website uses Yandex Metrica counter No. 33161823. It runs only at premiumitsolution.com, premiumitsolution.ru and their www variants, and only when JavaScript is enabled in the browser.

4.2. What data. Metrica receives technical information about the visit: IP address, information about the browser, device and operating system, a cookie identifier, the addresses of the pages viewed and the referring source, and the date and time of the visit. The counter has the click map enabled (where on the pages people click), tracking of external link clicks and file downloads, and accurate bounce rate (how long the visitor stayed on the page). Session replay (Webvisor) is not enabled.

4.3. Purpose. Website traffic statistics and improving its content and usability. The operator uses summary Metrica reports and does not aim to identify visitors.

4.4. Legal basis. The operator’s legitimate interest in studying Website traffic and improving how it works, provided that the visitor’s rights and freedoms are not infringed.

4.5. Retention period. Data are kept in Metrica for the period set by Yandex under the terms of the service.

4.6. Who processes the data. The Yandex Metrica service is provided by Yandex; it receives information about the visit directly from the visitor’s browser.

4.7. How to opt out. Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, disable JavaScript or use a script blocker. Opting out of Metrica cookies does not restrict access to the Website’s pages.

5. Fonts

The Inter font used for the Website’s text is loaded from the same server as the Website’s pages (the hosting provider, Section 7). The Website does not use third-party font services, including Google Fonts, so no visitor information is sent to other services, including services outside the Russian Federation, in order to display the font.

6. Cookies

6.1. The Website’s own scripts do not set cookies or store data in the browser.

6.2. Cookies are set by Yandex Metrica (Section 4). You can block or delete them in your browser settings.

7. Disclosure of data

7.1. The operator does not sell personal data and does not disclose them to third parties, except in the cases described in this Policy and where required by law, at the request of authorised public authorities.

7.2. Visit data are processed by the services that keep the Website running: Yandex Metrica (Section 4) and the Website’s hosting provider, Timeweb. The hosting provider may keep technical server logs (IP address, date and time, address of the requested page).

8. Data protection

The operator takes organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful access, alteration, disclosure and destruction. The Website is served over the secure HTTPS protocol. Transmission of information over the Internet cannot be completely secure, so the operator cannot guarantee absolute protection of data.

9. Visitor’s rights

A visitor whose data are processed has the right to:
— obtain information on whether their data are processed, which data, for what purpose, on what legal basis and for how long;
— request that the data be clarified, blocked or deleted if they are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or not necessary for the stated purpose;
— withdraw consent to processing where processing is based on consent;
— appeal against the operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) or in court.

10. How to submit a request

10.1. Send your request to info@premiumitsolution.com. In the request, state how you can be contacted and which data it concerns — for example, the e-mail address you wrote from.

10.2. The operator replies within the period established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

11. Changes to this Policy

11.1. The operator may amend this Policy. A new version is published on this page with a new date and number and takes effect on the date of publication unless stated otherwise.

11.2. This Policy is made in Russian and English. In case of discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
