Work formats
We choose the cooperation format that fits your goals.
Engagement models
-
We take on the whole project and deliver it end to end
-
We join the client’s team
-
We run an independent audit and issue findings with recommendations
Team formats
Dedicated team
We build a cross-functional team that takes full ownership of product development. You provide the product owner and the backlog. We research, specify, develop, test, deploy and support, sprint after sprint.
Product development
We help design the MVP, estimate the costs and provide a product team. After the MVP launch we analyse feedback, generate ideas together, and develop and improve the product.
Team augmentation
We provide the right specialists for the period you need and advise on complex issues.
Project development
We write and agree the specification, draw up a schedule and deliver exactly to it, within budget and with high quality.
Payment models
Two models: a fixed price for the whole project or payment for completed tasks.
Fixed Price
The budget for the whole project and the exact delivery date are approved before work starts. The risk of late delivery lies with the contractor, while the client knows in advance what the project will cost and when it will be ready.
A fixed-price contract usually suits small projects with strictly limited functionality that will not be changed or extended.
Time and Materials
You pay for services actually delivered:
- The project is split into tasks, each estimated separately by the team, so additions can be made along the way
- The project team tells you how many man-hours each task needs
- Man-hours multiplied by role rates give the cost of the task; once you agree, we start
- When the task is done and the result is visible, you pay for the team’s work
Advantages of Time and Materials
We are interested in delivering a quality result in optimal time, which is what further cooperation is built on.
- A flexible payment model that fits Agile principles
- Work can start right away, without the lengthy scoping of Fixed Price
- Transparent hourly rates let you control tasks, timelines and budget
- You see the result at every stage
- The solution fully meets your expectations
Staff and function outsourcing
For companies that want to cut IT infrastructure costs and improve the performance and stability of their systems, we offer IT outsourcing: hand over development, support, maintenance and modernisation of your infrastructure to our specialists in part or in full.
Outsourcing results
- Lower costs of running an in-house IT department
- The team scales with your tasks without hiring staff
Staff outsourcing
We provide the number of specialists with the competencies the client needs; the client makes sure they are used effectively on the project’s tasks.
Function outsourcing
We perform specific project management functions for the client; the client provides the conditions that depend on them and integrates these functions into the project.
Outsourcing stages
-
Together with you we find the best terms of cooperation, define the expected level of competence and the candidate profile. We select suitable candidates from our staff or start external recruitment
-
We sign a contract setting out the agreed terms, functions, responsibilities and compensation
-
We start work on the production tasks
-
We take care of HR, accounting and legal administration and provide regular reports
-
We respond promptly to any issues that arise
Hiring and team stability
How we find specialists for a project, retain teams and keep an eye on the quality of work.
Business needs
We bring onto the project only the people it needs. We run development and testing internships based on the client’s needs.
Fast hiring
We quickly find candidates, assemble a team for the project and, if needed, replace a team member without delay.
Proven teams
On request we bring in people who have proven themselves on our previous projects and build teams of specialists with the most relevant experience.
Effective interviews
Together with the client we work out the project’s needs, the stack and the candidate requirements. We hold technical interviews as well as HR ones and involve heads of departments in the first meetings.
